Terms and Conditions

Terms and Condition of Winchmore's Loyalty points, Clarins For Me, occassional discounts and prize drawers are listyed below. if you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions please do not hesitate to contact us at


  1. For each full pound spent you will receive one point. Each 1000 points collected is worth 10.00 to spend on treatments and services in the salon. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against retail products.
  2. Winchmores reserves the right to, without notice:
    1. Terminate the scheme
    2. Decline to issue Loyalty Points
    3. Withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Points collected
    4. Alter or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Points Scheme
  3. Winchmores Loyalty Points are not transferrable
  4. Winchmores Loyalty Points have no cash value
  5. Minimum amount for redemption is 10.00 and is redeemable in 10 increments only (10.00 per visit maximum)


  1. "C" Points are non-transferrable.
  2. To qualify for "C" points, the purchase of products must be made at Winchmores. Clarins products purchased elsewhere will not qualify.
  3. One "C" point is awareded for every 10.00 spent on Clarins products on a single transaction and not part thereof.
  4. Twice a month redeemed cards will be sent to Clarins by Winchmores. Clarins will then deliver the complimentary gifts directly to you subject to availability of stock. From redemption of your card, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your products, however, no guarantees for delivery dates can be made.
  5. "C" points may not be used in part payment for Clarins products.
  6. "C" points have no valkue except when redememed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  7. No product over the value of 80 may be claimed as part of the loyalty scheme.
  8. Where the card holder's chosen gift is out of stock, Clarins will supply, at its discretion, a substitute product of a similar type or value.
  9. The complimentary gift cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does affect your statutory rights.

  11. Clarins For Me participants must be resident in the UK.


  1. Occasionally discounts are available off treaments and services, Monday to Wednesday. These are advertised throughout the Salon, and on our Offers page
  2. This discount is only available with selected stylists or therapists and does not apply to senior stylists or senior therapists.
  3. This discount does not apply to treatment packages, courses or special offers as these are already discounted.
  4. To qualify for the discount, appointments must start before 2:00pm
  5. Some services may be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Winchmores.
  6. Winchmores reserve the right to, without notice, terminate the discount scheme, alter or amend the terms of the discount scheme.


  1. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. Prize drawers and competitions are not open to staff of Winchmores or their family members.
  3. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  4. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  5. The prize drawer competition will run for a specified time and late entries will not be counted
  6. Winchmores is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
